The Metropolitan Criminal Courts Bar Association (MCCBA) has issued a strict warning against unauthorized persons impersonating advocates or clerks at the Nampally and Manoranjan Court complexes. The notice confirms that any misuse of advocate attire, stickers, or credentials will result in immediate legal action and prosecution under the Advocates Act, 1961.

NOTICE: REGARDING UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE IN COURT PREMISES
It has come to the notice of the Metropolitan Criminal Courts Bar Association (MCCBA), Nampally, Hyderabad, that certain persons are falsely impersonating themselves as Advocates and clerks in the Court premises at Nampally Criminal Courts and Manoranjan Court Complex.
Such persons are found to be:
Wearing Advocate dress without proper authorization.
Attending court proceedings and representing parties without valid enrollment.
Using Advocate stickers on vehicles unlawfully.
Causing disturbance and obstruction in court premises.
This is a clear violation of the provisions of the Advocates Act, 1961 and other applicable laws.
Strict Warning to Unauthorized Persons:
Do not act or represent yourself as an Advocate without valid enrollment.
Do not enter or participate in court proceedings without authority.
Do not misuse Advocate dress, identity, or vehicle stickers.
Consequences of Non-Compliance:
Initiation of legal action and prosecution.
Reporting to the concerned authorities.
Immediate removal from the Court premises.
The general public is advised to verify the credentials of Advocates before engaging their services.
