Accused present. Judgment pronounced vide separate sheet. Copies were furnished to accused on his appearance as per sec.207 of Criminal Procedure Code. Accused is examined under sec.251 of Cr.P.C explaining the substance of accusation appearing against him in the charge sheet and when questioned the accused voluntarily admitted. In the result, the accused is found guilty under sec.252 Cr.P.C for the offence under sec. 185(a), 196 of Motor Vehicles Act and he is convicted for offence U/s 185(a) of M.V.Act and he is convicted for offence U/sec. 185(a) of M.V. Act and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand only) and on default of payment of fine he is directed to under go simple imprisonment for period of 1 month and he is convicted for the said offences and he is convicted for offence U/sec.196 of M.V.Act and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) and on default of payment of fine he is directed to undergo simple imprisonment for period of 15 days. Total fine amount if Rs.2000/-. The unmarked case property which is seized shall be destroyed after lapse of appeal time.

Complainant/Injured/LW1 and LW2 and Accused no.1 and 2 are present. Prosecution filed joint memo requesting to refer the matter to Lok Adlath since they compromise the case. In view of compromise between the parties on application to compromise the matter which is punishable U/Sec.323 of IPC which are compoundable nature with permission of the court, since the parties are willing to settle the mater as they settled the matter out of the court. There fore the offence U/sec 323 of IPC is compoundable and the same are compounded by the victim with the permission of the court. Accordingly in view of compromise arose in between them.
