Petitioner no 1 to 5 and respondent no.2 along with their counsel present. After conciliation the parties agreed to settle the claim for RS.6,00,000 and the R2 insurance company agreed to pay the settled amount towards full and final settlement of claim without interest and costs. The claim petitioner no.1 to 4 filed memo stating that they are agreed to give the total compensation amount of Rs.6,00,000 to the petitioner no. 5.
