Accused/A1 to A5 present. Copies furnished as required under Sec. 207

Cr.P.C. Accused/A1 to A5 are examined U/Sec. 251 Cr.P.C. acquisition against them for the offences punishable U/Sec. 332,504 and 506 of IPC are read over and explained to them for which they pleaded guilty. Admission of accused/A1 to A5 taken as voluntary.

Accused/A1 to A5 are convicted U/sesc. 252 Cr.P.C. Accused/A1 to A5 are sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 5,000/- each for the offence punishable U/Sec.

332 of IPC; Accused/A1 to A5 are sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/- each for the offence punishable U/Sec. 504 R/W 34 of IPC. Accused/A1 to A5 are sentenced to pay find of Rs. 1,000/- each for the offence punishable U/Sec. 506

R/w 34 of IPC, and in total Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Only.) In default they shall suffer simple imprisonment for one month each.

Accusation for offence and charge U/s.380 IPC are read over and explained to him in Telugu for which he pleaded guilty. The admission of accused is taken as voluntary. The accused is convicted U/s.241 Cr.P.C. The accused pleaded for mercy and submitted that he will be careful and he has none take a lenient view. Considering the facts and circumstances the accused is found guilty for the offence U/s. 241 Cr.P.C and sentenced to suffer SI for a period of 4 months. No fine amount is levied since the accused is in judicial custody. The remand period undergone by accused from 18.02.2022 till today shall be set off. U/s. 428 Cr.P.C.
