The Lr.APP filed petition U/s.239 BNSS for alteration of offence U/s.118(1) r/w 3(5) BNS to U/s.115(2) r/w 3(5) BNS and same is permitted. Offences U/s.115(2) r/w 3(5) BNS are compoundable in nature. Hence compromise is recorded. Accordingly award is passed VSA. In view of compromise accused Nos.1 to 11 are acquitted U/s.359 BNSS for the offence U/s.115(2) r/w 3(5) BNS since no property is deposited. No order as to property.
