This petition is coming before me in the presence of Sri.G.Venkateswara Rao and M.Suresh Babu, advocate for the petitioners and the matter having been stood over for consideration till this day, this court made the following

This petition is filed under Order XXI Rule 52 of CPC to attach

EP schedule amount ie., balance sale amount for which Judgment 2

Debtors are entitled to receive and lying to the credit of EP

No.37/2019 in OS No.79/2015 on the file of this court which is in the civil court deposits before Principal Senior Civil Judge’s Court,

Machilipatnam and direct to send for said attached amount to this

EP for realization of the decretal debt. 

Judgment Debtors are called absent inspite of service of notice through court. Judgment Debtors are set exparte. The attachment order dt.12.05.2023 was effected on the garnishee on 31.05.2023.

The attachment is made absolute. EP is closed.
