This petition is coming before me on 13.05.2026 in the presence of Sri G. Bandaiah, Advocate for plaintiffs, Sri M. Murthy Man, Advocate for D1 to D4 and having heard and stood over for consideration till this day, this court made following:

Representation for Plaintiff No.1 and 2 is made. Plaintiff No.1 and 2 are present. Representation for D1 to D4 is made. D1 to D4 are present. Plaintiff

No.1 and 2 are identified by their Learned Counsel. Plaintiff No.1 and 2 filed a memo mentioning interalia, that they intend to not press the suit as the matter got settled out of court. On enquiry, the Plaintiff No.1 and 2 who are present today, submitted that they intend to not press the suit against D1 to D4. The 2

Plaintiff No.1 and 2 also endorsed not press on the plaint. Learned Counsel for

D1 to D4 also reported no objection on receiving copy of the memo. Memo is recorded accordingly, and in view of the same this O.S.No.199/2023 is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
