Accused No.1 to 4 present, copies furnished to them and examined U/sec. 251 Cr.P.C and the accused are admitted the substance of prosecution case for the offence U/sec.3 and 4 of AP Gaming Act-1974, Sec.188 IPC r/w 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act- 1897. I found the admission of accused are true and voluntary one. Accordingly the accused are found guilty and convicted U/sec. 252 Cr.P.C for the offence U/sec.3 and 4 of AP Gaming Act-1974, Sec.188 IPC r/w 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act-1897 The accused are heard the quantum of sentence and submitted there are no person to look after their family members.Keeping in view of the submissions of I am of the view that it is not the fit case to extend the provisions of P.O Act however the accused can be shown some lenient view since the offence U/sec.3 & 4 of AP Gaming Act- 1974, Sec.188 IPC r/w 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act-1897 punishable with imprisonment or with fine or with both. As there are no other person to look after their family members, they can be punished with fine only. In the result the accused NO.1 to 4 guilty under section 252 Cr.P.C for the offence U/sec.3 and 4 of AP Gaming Act-1974 and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.2000/- each in default to suffer SI for 1 months and for the offence U/sec. 188 IPC r/w 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act- 1897 and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.1000/- each in default to suffer SI for 1 month.

Total fine of Rs.12000/- .
