ORDER

Judgment pronounced (vide separate one) in the open Court. IN THE RESULT: The Petition is partly allowed with costs by granting the following reliefs in favour of the petitioner as against respondents : 1. The respondent no.1 is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month to the petitioners no.1 and 2 as an alternate accommodation for shelter as the circumstances warranted. 2. The respondent no.1 is directed to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- per month to each of the petitioners no.1 and 2 as monetary relief for their bare sustenance and maintenance. 3. The reliefs of compensation order for an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- from the respondents, and for return of Cash of Rs.2,00,000/-, 2 tulas of gold, 2 tulas of silver and house hold articles of Rs.1,00,000/- from the Respondent no.1, to the aggrieved and all other reliefs claimed by the petitioner no.1 are dismissed without costs as there is no consistent evidence on record to prove the same. 4. The respondent no.1 is further ordered to pay the arrears amount of maintenance which was granted by this court vide Crl.M.P.No.424 of 2022, Dt.23.12.2022 to the petitioners within Six months from the date of this order, failing which the petitioner no.1 is at liberty to take necessary legal steps for recovery of arrears amount of maintenance. After pronouncing the order, I direct the office to provide free copy of order as envisaged under section 24 of the Act. The order passed under this act, shall be enforceable throughout India, against the respondents, as contemplated u/Sec.27 of “the act”.
