ORDER

In view of National Lok Adalath, this cas is advanced to today i.e., 28.03.2026. Accused No.1 and 2 are called present. Copies furnished to Accused and they are examined under Section 251 of Cr.PC., for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 324 of IPC, and the substance of accusation is explained to accused persons in their vernacular language for which they pleaded guilty voluntarily. This Court found that the plea of accusation is made voluntary by Accused. Heard Accused on the quantum of sentence by apprising accused of the punishment prescribed under Law. Accused persons pleaded for mercy. Hence, this Court by taking lenient view has convicted the Accused persons under Section 252 of Cr.PC., for the offence punishable under Section 448, 324 of IPC, and Accused are sentenced to pay fine of Rs.1000/-; each for the offence punishable under Section 448 of IPC, and Accused are sentenced to pay fine of Rs.1000/-; each for the offence punishable under Section 324 of IPC,(Total fine amount 4,000/-). Accused No.1 and 2 are in default of payment of fine they shall undergo simple imprisonment for a period of two month. Office is directed to issue the fine receipt to accused persons and remit the fine amount to the state forthwith.
