This petition has come before me for batta in the presence of Sri B.Suryanarayana, Advocate for the DHR and of Sri Y.Durga Prasad, advocate for JDR upon perusing the material on record and upon having stood over for consideration till this day, this court made the following:

This Execution petition is filed U/or.21 Rule 54, 64 and 66 of Code of Civil

Procedure praying to this court to attach the EP schedule property and to bring the same for auction for realization of decretal amount.

DHR is called absent. The learned DHR counsel filed full satisfaction memo stating the DHR received Rs. 4,40,000/- from the JDR towards full satisfaction of decree debt.

Heard. Perused F.S.Memo.

The memo contains the signature of the DHR as well as the learned DHR 2 counsel. The notice was served on the learned Jdr counsel. The Jdr side reported no objection to record full satisfaction of the decree debt. Thus, the F.S.Memo is recorded.

Hence, the full satisfaction of decree debt is recorded and attachment effected over the schedule property on 02.02.2026 is hereby raised and EP is terminated.

This suit is filed by the plaintiff against the defendant for cancellation of the registered power of attorney deed dated 07.12.2019 vide document No. 6951/2019

before Sub Registrar, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari which was executed by the

plaintiff in favour of defendant by authorizing the defendant to manage or administer the property of the plaintiff covered under the deed on behalf of the plaintiff and for costs.

Plaintiff is present. Sri Kudipudi Kiran Srinivas., Advocate filed vakalat for plaintiff in place of Sri C.V.N.Sri Hari., Advocate. Plaintiff submitted that he is withdrawing the suit by way of not pressing the suit. He filed a memo to that effect.

Heard. Memo is perused. The memo contains the signature of the plaintiff as well as 2 plaintiffs counsel. The notice served on the defendant and learned defendant’s counsel. The defendant reported no objection. Hence memo is recorded. Hence the suit is dismissed as not pressed, without costs.
