This is suit filed by the plaintiff against the defendants for recovery of a sum of Rs 2,30,100/- being the amount paid by the plaintiff to the defendants for domestic expenses , subsequent interest @ 18% P.A on

Rs 1,50,000/- from the date of suit till the realization of the amount and and cost of the suit.

The Value Suit is Rs.2,30,100/- and A Court Fee of Rs.4,826/- is paid Under Section.20f Andhra Pradesh Court Fee and Suits Valuation Act VII of 1956.

This suit is coming on 03-12-2020 before me for hearing in the presence of Sri D. Jagannaikulu Advocate for the Plaintiff; and defendant No.2 set exparte on 19-08-2019 and having stood over for consideration till this day this court doth order and decree as follows:

1) that the suit be and the same is hereby dismissed .

2) that there be no order as to costs.
