AW ARD UNDER SECTION 21 OF LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITIES ACT 1987

As per the terms of the compromise the dispute in between the plaintiff and the defendants is settled out of court. As per the said settlement the pJabitiff and the defendants have agreed to enjoy the suit B Schedule property into two equal extents i.e., 9.1 ½ feet each out of total available extent _in the B Schedule property. The plaintiff can enjoy and to have possession of above said 9.1 ½ feet on its western side and after the said extent the plaintiff has to construct four inches width of boundary wall with her own expenses from north to south 40 feet and the defendants have no any right in the said wall as the plaintiff or defendants cannot open any windows or doors or put any sunshades in the said wall and the defendants can enjoy the above said 9.1 ½ feet on eastern side of the said wall. The plaintiff are entitled to have refund the court fee amount
