ORDER

The D.Hr. and his counsel are present. The J.Dr. No.1 present.

Both parties submitted that they are ready for compromise. There

are bright chances of compromise between the parties in case the

matter is referred to Lok-Adalath. Hence, this matter is referred to

Lok-Adalath on today in view of the powers U/Sec.20 of Legal

Services Authority Act.Record received from VI Addl. Sessions

Court, Sathupally (Referral Court). Both parties are present. The

D.Hr. and his counsel are present. J.Dr. No.1 present. The D.Hr.

and J.Dr. No.1 settled the amount for Rs.1,02,239/- (Rupees One

lakh two thousand two hundred and thirty nine only) towards full

and final settlement. The J.Dr. No.1 paid the settled amount to the

D.Hr. Company and they acknowledged the same. The terms

agreed by both parties are explained to both parties and they

signed on the compromise petition. In view of the settlement

between the parties before the Lok-Adalath, the Arb.E.P is

disposed of. Award is passed in terms of compromise (Vide

separate one).
