This is the suit filed by the plaintiff to pass a decree in favour of plaintiffs’ bank and against the defendants, directing to pay jointly and each severally the suit amount of Rs.2,76,911/­ together with future interest and other expenses, if defendants failed to pay the amount to order and decree for sale of hypothecated crop raised in Sy.No.706/3 to an extent of Ac.5­00 cents of Chelimella village as shown in the 2nd schedule of the loan agreement and; in the event of net sale proceeds realised from hypothecated property being in sufficient to cover the amount direct the defendants to pay jointly and severally to the plaintiff bank and costs of the suit.

This suit is coming before me on this day for final hearing in the presence of Sri. B. Pulla Reddy, Advocate on behalf of the Plaintiff, as there is no counsel for the defendants, and the matter having stood over for consideration till this date, this Court delivered the following.

O R D E R

In view of Memo and also representation on 10­08­2022, Full Satisfaction is recorded and the suit is terminated.
