O R D E R

This suit filed by the plaintiff against the defendant prays that the Honble

Court may be pleased to pass a decree and Judgment in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant for; (a) suit amount of Rs.2,82,933/- + Rs.2,82,933/- +2,03,712/- (Rs.7,69,578/-); (b) Subsequent interest @ 12% p,.a. from the date of suit till the date of realization on the principal amount of Rs.2,00,000/-+

Rs.2,00,000/-+ Rs.1,44,000/- (Rs.5,44,000/-); (c) for costs of the suit and such other and further reliefs as the Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Plaintiff and defendant are present. Full satisfaction memo is filed that the plaintiff received an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- from the defendant out side of Court and prays to dismiss the suit. Heard the plaintiff and the learned counsel for the plaintiff and also defendant.

Full satisfaction is recorded. Suit is terminated.
