Complainant and accused present. the complainant filed a memo altering the case from sec 34(a) of AP Excise act 1968 to sec 8(b)(ii) to TS Excise Act, 1968 and the said alteration is permitted in view of the judgments of Hon\''ble High Court of AP reported is 1996 (1) ALT 953 Between s.Kareemullah Vs P and E SI Nandyal and 1955 (2) ALT (Crl)195 (AP) Between Jithendra Palnitker Vs State of AP and the said alteration memo is recorded. Both parties filed joint memo seeking to refer the mat- ter to Lok Adalt. Hence this case is referred to Lok Adalat this case is advanced from 13-03-2019 to 09-03-2019. Complainant and Accused appeared before the Lok Adalat and on the joint application permission is accorded to compound the offence Sec8(b) (ii) of RS.
