This Petition is coming on this day i.e. on 22-06-2016 before me for hearing in the presence of Sri J.Nageswara Rao, learned Counsel for D.Hr, and the J.Dr having remained exparte, and upon hearing and considering the material on record, having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court made the following:
O R D E R
This E.P. is filed by the D.Hr against the J.Dr U/O.21 Rule 48 of CPC seeking to attach the salaries of J.Dr in enforcement of Exparte Decree passed in
OS.No.175/13, dt.20.02.2015 for realization of the decretal debt.
At the inception of the E.P, this court issued notice to J.Dr and attached the
E.P movable properties on payment of process. Hence, this E.P. is closed.

2 //// This petition is coming up for final hearing before me on this day i.e. 29.08.2024 in the presence of Sri K.Devid Raju, learnedCounselfor the Plaintiff/Decree Holder and the J.Dr did not appear and the matter having heard and stood over for consideration till this day, this Court delivered the following:
O R D E R
01.The Decree Holder filed the present Execution Petition under Order 21, Rule- 37 of CPC against the J.Dr for arrest and detention of J.Dr in Civil prison in enforcement of exparte decree passed in O.S.No.121/2023, dt.16.10.2023 for realization of the decretal debt.
02.On`08-04-2024 the counsel for the Decree holder has filed Full Satisfaction
Memo stating that the Decree holder received entire amount from the Judgment debtor towards Full and final settlement. Hence, it is just and necessary to record the same.
03.In the result, Full satisfaction Memo is recorded, the Execution Proceedings are terminated.
