Both parties filed joint memo seeking to refer the matter to Lok Adalt. Hence this case is referred to Lok Adalat this case is advanced from 27-03-2019 to 09-03-2019. Complainant and Accused appeared before the Lok Adalat and on the joint application permission is accorded to compound the offence Sec8(b) (ii) of RS.
