Sri.G.Seetharama Rao, counsel for R2 authorized to effect compromise with claimant on behalf of R2 Insurance Company, as per authorization letter Dt.22.07.2023. 1. 2. Claimant and 2nd respondent represented by their counsels have settled the claim amount to Rs.13,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs only) including costs payable by R2 company within 30 days from this day. 3. In case 2nd respondent fails to deposit the aforesaid settled amount within 30 days from this date 2nd respondent agreed to pay interest at the rate of 7.5 per annum thereafter till realization. 4. Out of said settled amount 1st petitioner is entitled of Rs.6,00,000/- and 2nd petitioner is entitled of Rs.3,00,000/-. 3rd petitioner is entitled of Rs.3,00,000/- and 4th petitioner is entitled of Rs.1,00,000/-. 5. On deposit of 1st petitioner is permitted to withdraw of Rs.4,00,000/- and remaining compensation amount of Rs.2,00,000/- fixed deposit in any nationalized Bank for a period of One year, 4th petitioner is permitted to withdraw entire compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- at once. 6. The Petitioners No.2 and 3 entire compensation amount of Rs.3,00,000/-each is deposit in fixed deposited in any nationalized bank till they attain age of majority. 7. That each party shall bear their own costs. 8. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any paid by any of them shall be refunded. 9.
