HefiledadivorcecasebeforetheSeniorCivilJudge,Asifabadagainstpetitioner whichispendingfortrial.Thepetitionerisprosecutingherintermediatestudiesin :GovernmentJuniorCollege,JankapurofAsifabad.Shehasnotstatedthesamein herpetition.Ifreally‘sheisnothavinganysourceofincomehowcanshe
prosecuteherstudiessincemorethanthreeyears.Hedidnotusedtoearn

“whoisyoungerbrotherofrespondentNo.residing“atHyderabadpriortothe
marriageofrespondentNo.lwithpetitionerandassuchheisalsonoway concerned with thefamilyofpetitionerandrespondentNo.landthereisno domesticviolencecommittedbyrespondentNo.4againstthepetitioner,as such हthepetitionisnotmaintainableagainstrespondents2and 4.Thepetitioneristhe
legallyweddedwifeofrespondent.Aftermarriagethepetitionercametothe
house ofrespondentछि0.butshewiththeinstigationofherparents usedto
harasshimandhisoldagedmotherwithoutanyreasonableandprobablecause_
and notusedto attendanyhouseholdworkuponwhichheusedtoadvise her
properlyandtriedhislevelbesttoconvinceherstatingthatheistheelderperson tolookafterhisoldagedmotherandnothavingfatherbutthepetitionerinstead of understandingthesituation ofthefamily.On30.04.2008voluntarilywithout
anyreasonableandprobablecauseleftthecompanyofrespondentNo.iand
startedresidingwithherparentsatJankapur.Sheisnoneotherthanthedaughter
of maternal uncle ofrespondentNo.l.Theparentsiepetitioneralso residedat
Jankapur.villageinthesamelocality.Atthetimeofmarriagethepetitionerwas studying70classatJankapurvillage,evenafterhermarriageshecontinuedher studiesnowsheisshadingintermediatefirstyearinGovernmentJuniorCollege,
Jankapur of Asifabad.Hestudied upto thirdclassandafterdeathofhisfather
andsincehischildhood’hehasesifacingmuchmoreproblemstoeakouthis
livelihoodalongwithhiswidowmotherandyoungerbrother,nowheisworking asMasonatJankapurvillageunderthesupervisionofaseniorMasonandgetting anamountofRs.50/-perday,wheneverheattendsthework.Thepetitionerwho:

toextractmoneyfromhimandinfluencedthePolice,Asifabadwhoregistereda
caseinCrimeNo.84/200underSection498-Aand506IPC,andSections3and4 *ofDowryProhibitionAct.Theavermentsofthecomplaintintheabovecrimeand 6]Cr.P.C.statementsoftheabovesaidcaseareverycontradictoryanddifferent versionwiththeavermentsofthispetition.Thepetitionerhasnotapproachedthe
courtwithcleanhands.Evenafterfilingofthe“criminalcaseagainstthe©
