This suit coming on 25-02-2014 before me for hearing in the presence of Sri P.V.Narasimha Sastry, advocate for Plaintiff and the defendant remained exparte and the matter having stood over for consideration till this date, this court delivered the following:
J U D G M E N T
This is a suit filed by the Plaintiff against the defendant for recovery of an amount of Rs.90,894/- being the principal and interest due on a promissory note dated 08-02-2011 executed by the defendant in favour of the Plaintiff for Rs.53,880/-, agreeing to repay the same with interest at the rate of 24% p.a.; for subsequent interest and for costs of the suit.
02. Heard. Perused the record, this suit is filed by the plaintiff to recover a sum of Rs.90,894/- together with subsequent interest and costs of the suit. The defendant remained exparte. The plaintiff himself examined as Pw1 and marked Ex.A1. Since, Pw1 is not cross- examined by the defendant, the unrebuttal evidence of Pw1 apart from the above referred document clinchingly established that the suit claim of the plaintiff.
03.In the result, the suit is decreed with costs for an amount of
Rs.90,894/- together with subsequent interest at 6% p.a. on principal amount of Rs.53,880/- from the date of suit till realization.

Cause of action for the suit arose on 08-02-2011 when the defendant borrowed a sum of Rs.53,880/- from the plaintiff and agreeing to repay the amount with interest at the rate of 24%p.a.
either to the plaintiff or his order on demand and to evidence the said borrowing, he executed a promissory note in favour of the plaintiff at
Balemarru village of Krosuru Mandal and in spite of repeated demands made by the plaintiff, the defendant failed to repay the amount due and where the suit transaction took place are all within the jurisdiction of this Court.
Particulars of Valuation:- The value of the suit is Rs.90,894/-, on which a Court Fee of Rs.3,266/- is paid U/sec.20 of A.P.C.F. and
S.V.Act, 1956.
Jurisdictional Value is Rs.90,894/-.

i)That the defendant do pay to the Plaintiff a sum of Rs.90,894/- together with subsequent interest at 6% p.a., on principal amount of Rs.53,880/- from the date of filing of the suit i.e. 21-12-2013 till realization; and ii)that the defendant do also pay to the Plaintiff, a sum of
Rs.5,571/- and do bear his own costs of Rs.Nil, towards costs in this suit.
