ORDER

Except A3 remaining all accused persons called present. Lw1/Complainant called present. The De-facto complainant along with A1 to A5 filed a petition for compounding the offence. On enquiry, the De-facto complainant reported he had compromised the case with the accused persons. The compromise victim de-facto complainant and accused persons are hereby recorded. A separate award is passed. Consequently, A1 to A5 are acquitted U/s. 320 (8) of Cr.P.C for the offence punishable U/s. 379 r/w 34 of IPC. The un marked property if any shall be handed over to its original owner under proper acknowledgment. In the result, this case is settled before Lok Adalat.
