Thissuit coming on this day for final hearing before me in the presence of Sri C.Ramachandra Reddy, Sri B.Rathnamma, learned Advocates for the plaintiff and the respondent remained exparte, and the matter having stood over till this day for consideration, this Court delivered the following :

O R D E R

This is a petition filed by the petitioner to grant decree of divorce by dissolving the marriage of the petitioner and respondent.

Chief examination of PW.1 is filed and Exs.A.1 and A.2 are marked.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the chief examination affidavit of PW.1, Exs.A.1 and A.2 and the petition. Even though the respondent remained exparte in the O.P., but today he is present in the court and reported that they entered into compromise out of the court and he has no objection to allow the petition and grant divorce. There is no chance for reconciliation or withdrawing the O.P. The O.P. was filed in June, 2014, so the statutory period of six months was also completed. Hence, the O.P. is allowed

O.P.26 of 2014 2 S.C.J. Court, Hindupur without costs dissolving the marriage of the petitioner and respondent by granting decree of divorce.
