They further submit that the petitioner/ plaintiff and respondents/defendants No.1 to 3 shall not claim any damages or losses in respect of the suit schedule land and that the suit is in favour of the petitioner/plaintiff, by taking the sketch map annexed to this petition into consideration. They further submit that both parties have agreed the above said terms and conditions in the presence of elders of village and their relatives and the plaintiff and defendants have been voluntarily entered into this compromise with free will without any co-erasion. .
As the petition under Order 23 Rule 3 of CPC is allowed vide I.A.No.112/2025. Memorandum of terms of compromise are taken on record and accordingly the terms of compromise.
