Both parties are present Complainant and accused present along with their counsels After negotiations and appraiosal by the Lok Adalath members, he defacto complainant/victim has agreed to compound the offence against the accused and to settle the matter amicably. The Lok adalat award was prepared signed submitted by the parties Presiding Officer and the Members of the Lok Adalat verified the identity of the parties through court police/course for the complainant and confirmed their signatures on the submitted award. As the parties amicably settled the matter and as the offence charges U.s 447,427,323,504 r/w 34IPC is are compoundable in nature the Lok adalat bench is satisfied and is of the opinion that the case may be compounded.
