This Appeal Suit is coming before me in the presence of Sri.B. Chandrashekar Rao, Advocate for the Appellant/Plaintiff and of Sri.K.Shashibhushan, Advocate for Respondent/Defendant No. 2 to 9, and 11 to 14 and respondent No.15 remained exparte and upon hearing both sides and on perusal of the material on record and the matter having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court made the following:
DOCKET ORDER
The appellant/plaintiff present. She filed a memo through her counsel duly signed by her stating that the matter is settled with the respondents out of the court and she received a sum of Rs.8,50,000/- from the respondents in lieu of her rights, out of which an amount of Rs.4,50,000/- is paid in cash and for the remaining amount of Rs.4,00,000/- a bank cheque is sued and thus she has not pressed the appeal. The notice of the memo is served on the counsel for respondents and he endorsed on objection for the said memo. The said memo as filed by the appellant/plaintiff is recorded. In the result, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed by the appellant/plaintiff. No Costs.
