This the petition is coming on this day before me in the presence of Sri. Mallikarjun Advocate for DHR having stood over for consideration, till this day, this court made the following.

DOCKET ORDER DATE:29.12.2015.

Process fee not paid on request of DHR counsel, the matter was pass over till 4p.m, but till now process fee was not paid. DHR called again his counsel came and request for time. AS it is clear that the DHR not his counsel is not any interest to proceed with the matter having no other go, this EP is dismissed for non payment of classes fee, for issuance of fresh notice to JDR as directed on 28-10-2015. but the same is not paid till date. Hence EP is dismissed.

Hence no other go this EP is dismissed for default of non payment of process fee for issue of on ordered by this court. EP is dismissed.
