In view of National Lok Adalath, this case is advanced from 15-09-2025 to today 14-06- 2025. Accused is present, copies of document are furnished to him. He is examined Sec.263 BNSS.

The substance of accusation for the offence U/sec.303 (2) of BNS is read over and explained to him in Telugu, for which he pleaded guilty. The admission of accused appears to be free and voluntary.

Hence, the accused is found guilty for the offence punishable Sec.303 (2) of BNS and he is convicted U/s.264 of BNSS and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/- for the offence punishable

U/s.303(2) BNS. Total fine amount Rs. 2,000/- for the offence punishable U/s.303(2) BNS (Rupees

Two Thousand only) in default of payment of fine the accused shall undergo SI of for a period of one week. Since no property is deposited as such no order regard property.
