This case is coming before me on this day for hearing in the presence of learned APP for the state and accused in person, and having heard and having perused the record, having stood over for consideration till this day, this court delivered the following: - :: O R D E R ::

The Case is suomoto advanced to this day in view of Lok-Adalat. Accused called present. The cognizance was taken U/Sec. 303(2) of BNS and Sec. 21(4) of MMDR Act. However, as per the allegations in the charge sheet U/Sec. 303(2) of BNS is attracted. They are examined U/Sec. 262 (2) of BNSS explaining charges framed U/Sec. 303(2) of BNS in Telugu, for which they pleaded guilty voluntarily for the offence punishable U/Sec. 303(2) of BNS.The admission of Accused is found voluntarily. Considering submission of accused and also nature of offence. This court inclined take some lenient view in awarding sentence. In the result, accused are found guilty for the offences punishable U/Sec. 303(2) of BNS Accused No.2 (being owner) is convicted U/sec. 271 of BNSS. And he is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.3500/- in default to suffer S.I for a period of (10) days for the offence U/Sec. 303(2) of BNS. Accused No.1 (being driver) is convicted U/sec. 271 of BNSS. and he is are to pay a fine of Rs.500/- in default to suffer S.I for a period of (10) days for the offence U/Sec. 303(2) of BNS. Total fine of Rs.4000/- (Rupees four thousand only). The case properties which were deposited before this court vide Sl.No. 141/2025 were given to its original owner for interim custody shall be made absolute. Accordingly, this case is disposed of and the

Accused are set at liberty. Their bail bonds shall stand canceled after expiry of appeal time.
