CLAIM:- This is a Suit is filed by the plaintiff against the defendant for recovery of money for an amount of Rs.1,45,593/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Five thousand Five hundred and Ninety three only), against person and property of defendant holding his liable to pay the said amount together with future interest @ 2% per month and costs of the suit.

Date and place of cause of action: On 08.03.2014 at Bhupualapally Village and Mandal, Warangal District.
VALUATION OF THE SUIT:- Suit is valued notionally for Rs.1,45,593/- and a fixed Court Fee of Rs.3,926/- is paid U/s. 20 of A.P.C.F & S.V Act.
DECREE:- This Suit is coming up before me for final hearing on this day the presence of Sri K.Sreenivas, Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff and the defendant nos.1 and 2 absent, remained set exparte, upon hearing and having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court delivered DOTH ORDER AND DECREE:-
1. That the suit of the plaintiff be and is hereby decreed directing the defendant nos.1 and 2 to pay to the plaintiff a sum of Rs.1,45,59 /- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Five thousand Five hundred and Ninety three only) towards suit claim.
2. That the defendant nos.1 and 2 be and are hereby directed to pay the interest @ 24% per annum from the date of the suit i.e., 31.01.2017 till the date of decree and thereafter @ 6% per annum from the date of decree till the date of realization on the principal amount of Rs.85,000/- (Rupees Eighty Five thousand only).
3. That the defendant nos.1 and 2 be and are hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs.4,138/- to the plaintiff towards the costs of the suit.
