Rs.60,733/-) being the principal and interest due on a plaintiff for

Rs.1,00,000/-, dt.16.10.2023 and Rs.50,000/-, dt.16.10.2023 executed by the Maddena Venkatarao @ Chinna Venkatarao infavour of plaintiff agreeing to repay the same with interest at 24% p.a. and for such other appropriate orders; and for costs.

Both parties called absent. Full satisfaction memo filed and recorded. Accordingly this suit is dismissed as not pressed.
