3. K.Hari, Son of Kámasani Chengal Pandu Reddy, Hindu, aged about 45 years, Cultivation.
All are residing at Pedda Thirumalaiahpalli Post Bayalu Village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District. Defendants.

This case coming on this day for consideration before the National Lok Adalat in the presence of Sri. G.Raja Reddy, Advocate, Puttur, appearing on behalf of the plaintiffs No.l to 3; Sri. T.Ravi, Advocate, Puttur, appearing on behalf of the defendants No.l to 3; and in the presence of both parties and as per the advice of the members of the Lok
Adalat the case is compromised as per the following terms and
accordingly the Lok Adalat passed the following award.

(Under Section.21 of the Legal Servio Authority Act, 1987 of the Lok Adalat shall be deemed to be a decree of c COurt/Order of any other Court)
The plaintiffs have recelved an amount of Rs.1,0,000/- (Rupees 1. One Lakh only) by cash from the defendants towards their share in the suit/award schedule properties and hence they have forgo thelr right over the suit/award schedule properties and other Joint family properties and herein after, they have no rlght, ttle, possession and enjoyment over the same.
The plaintiffs have agreed that the defendants got all kinds of rights 2. over the suit/award schedule properties and further agreed that they won't file any case as against the defendants or their legal helrs on the suit/award schedule properties or any other properties belongs to them.
If any type of documents are came into existence connects to the suit/award schedule properties, in favour of third parties, the plaintiffs confirm the same and won't raise any objections.
Since the plaintiffs No.2 & 3 are Minors and they are in the care 3. and custody of the 1st plaintiff, hence, she is representing on behalf of herself and also on behalf of them and accordingly, she has received the said settlement amount.
The first plaintiff has agreed that she has forgo her right on her 4. maintenance, which was passed in M.C.No.14 of 2010 on 25-11-2014 by the Hon'ble Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Puttur, as against the desendant No.2 and further agreed that she won't file any petitionfor enforcement on the order in the said maintenance case.
5. The plaintifls agreed that there are no other joint family/ancestra properties apart from the suit/award schedule properties that are available for partition and apart from the suit/award schedule properties, other properties standing in the names of the defendants, arc their self acquired properties and that plaintiffs have no claims ovc those other properties stands in the names of the defendants.
