evening at about 6.00 pm, PW-1 along with his villagers Kataram Venu,
Mala Dasari-Laxmaiah, were taking their Cattle, to the Nagappakunta, at
that time, two persons were came on Motor Cycle towards Nagappakunta
bushes, and one person was in the middle of two persons on the said
motorcycle, and they came on to the road, and on seeing them, the said
two persons, threw away the said middle-person into the adjacent bushes,
and they ran-away towards Badepally side. They went to that spot and
observed one person having bleeding injuries on throat and testicles. The
villagers of Kothur were followed the said persons on the motorcycles to
