Partition deed registered in 2003, between father and 5 sons they completely excluding 3 married daughters, the partition deed including 3 acres of ancestors property and 12 joint family property, and land physical divided on 15-12-2005 and some land still not decided physically. Some joint family property muted on 15-12-2005, and some land still reflecting joint ownership, And ancestors property 1 acre muted in 15-12-2005, other 1acre muted 2025 and other 1 acre still not muted it reflecting father name,,,, As per partition deed S1 took 1 acre, S2 took 4.5 acre, S3,S4&S5 took 3.5 acre each but father not allowted any property he took only 30000rs instead of land, and 3 homes and 5 guntas not included into partition deed which was ancestors property and father died in 2007, Now all daughters are 50 aged, how they can challenge this deed? In which property daughters have rights now ? Please suggest me
