Magistrate of First Class, Bhadrachalam. Consequently, A.1 to A.3 are found

not guilty for the offence U/Sec.498-A and Sec.4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, with which they stood charged and they are acquitted of the same under section 248 (1) Cr.P.C. The fine amount, if any, paid shall be refunded to the accused.
