This is an application filedl claiming compensation amount under MV Act. The petitioner and Respondent NO.2 present along with their respective counsel before the Lok Adalat. On the advice of the members of the Lok adalat bench, the matter is settled amicably for an amount of Rs.90,000/- (Rupees ninety thousand) Both parties filed terms of compromise and the same are read over and explained to both the parties in telugu who admitted the same as true and correct. On deposit petitioner is permitted to withdraw entire amount. Hence, compromise is recorded and accordingly MVOP is disposed off in terms of compromise award is passed. The Respondent No.2 agreed to deposit the entire compensation amount within one month from the date of award. in case the insurance company fails to do so, the compensation amount carries interest at 12 percent per annum.
