Smt.Kshama Deshpande

Accused A1 and A2 present. They are examined under section 251 Cr.P.C for accusation leveled against the accused for the offence under section 188, 270, 273,284 of IPC and Section 20 (1), 20 (2) of Cigarettes and Tobacco Products Prohibition Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce Production Supply and Distribution Act 2003. The contents read over and explained to them in vernacular language for which they pleaded guilty voluntarily. Hence accused are convicted under section 255 (2) Cr.P.C for the offence under section 188 of IPC and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.200/- each and in default of payment of fine the accused are sentened to undergo SI for 1 months and for the offence under section 270 IPC sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- each in default of payment of fine the accused are sentenced to undergo SI for 1 months. Further the accused A1 an dA2 are sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- each for the offence under section 273 of IPC and in default of payment of fine accused is sentenec to undergo SI for 1 months. Further the accused A1 and A2 are sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- each for the offence under section 284 IPC and in default of payment of fine the accused is sentenced to undergo SI for 1 months. Further the accused are sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.2000/- for the offence punishable under section 20 (1) of Cigarettes and Tobacco Products Prohibition Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce Production Supply and Distribution Act 2003 and in default of payment of fine the accused is sentenced to undergo SI for 1 months and the accused are sentenced to apy a fine of Rs.1000/- for the offence punishable under section 20 (2) of Cigarettes and Tobacco Products Prohibition Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce Production Supply and Distribution Act 2003 and in default of payment of fine the accused is sentenced to undergo SI for 1 months. The bail bonds of the accused shall stand cancelled and sureties are discharged after appeal time is over.

Accused A1 to A3 present, examined U/s.251 Crpc substance of accusation U/s.269, 270 of IPC is read over to them. This court having found that the admission of the accused voluntarily finds the accused guilty of the offences U/s.269, 270 of IPC. Hence the accused are found guilty and convicted U/s.255(2) of Crpc and this court sentencing them to pay fine of Rs.1000/- each for the offence U/s.269 of IPC. In default of payment of fine they have to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 1 month. Further this court sentencing them to pay fine of Rs.1000/- each for the offence U/s.270 of IPC. In default of Payment of fine they have to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 1 month.

The defacto complainant/victim/injured and accused are present before the Lok Adalat. The victim identified by PC No.6094 of WPS Saroornagar is present. The alleged offence under section are 498A, 506 IPC, Section 3, 4 DP Act which are compoundable. Compromise petition filed and recorded. The accused are acquitted under section 320 (8) Cr.P.C..
