Following award is passed in favour of the claimant and against the respondents. 1. Claimant is entitled to claim compensation of Rs.1,42,000/- together with interest at the rate of 7.5 percent P.A., from the date of dismissal of the claim petition and from the date of restoration of claim petition till the date of deposit of the amount into the court.

2. Advocate fee is fixed at Rs.1500/- 3. Rest of the claim is dismissed, but in the circumstances without costs. 4. On deposit of compensation amount, interest as well proportionate costs, claimant is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.42,000/- together with interest accrued thereon as well entire proportionate costs and the balance compensation amount together with interest accrued thereon shall be invested in fixed deposits in any nationalized bank for a period of three years. After expiry of three years period the claimant is permitted to withdraw the balance compensation amount together with interest accrued thereon.
