CLAIM:- This petition is fled by the petitioner under order 4 rule1, order 7 rule 1 r/w under section.26 of CPC praying the Hon’ble Court to pass a decree for specifc performance of agreement of sale, dt. 27.02.2019 by directing the 1st defendant to cancel the sale deed executed in favour of 2nd defendant and to execute a registered sale deed by the 1st defendant in respect of the suit schedule property in favour of the plaintif or her nominee and In case, the 1st defendant fails to execute the registered sale deed within the stipulated time, the Hon’ble Court may itself execute a registered sale deed in respect of suit schedule property for an on behalf of 1st defendant at the plaintif’s expenses as per law in favour of the plaintif or her nominee.

This Petition is coming up before me for hearing on this day in the presence of Sri. N. Vidyasgar, Advocate for the plaintif and Sri R. Rani, Advocate for defendant no.1 and Defendant no.2 set ex-parte and the matter having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court has delivered the following:

Dt: 04.05.2026 :-

As per orders in I.A.173/2026, suit Advanced to today and the I.A.175/2026 fled Ui/O XXXXIII R3 for compromise is allowed. Hence, the suit is disposed as compromised on same terms. Compromise decree be prepared accordingly.

CLAIM:- This Execution petition is fled under order 21 rule 11 of CPC on behalf of the Decree Holder praying the Hon’ble Court to order for attachment of salary shown in the schedule belongs to the J.Dr nos.1 to 3 under order 21 rule 48 CPC in satisfaction of the decreetal amount with future interest @ 18% per annum till realization and directing the disbursing ofcer of the J.Dr nos.1 to 3 to deduct their amount shown in the schedule respectively and deposit in this case account for payment to the D.Hr in satisfaction of the decree.
