Hence the following award is passed. 1. that the parties i.e., petitioner and 2nd respondent settled the claim for an amount of Rs.1,75,000/- ( Rupees one lakh and seventy five thousand only) towards full and final settlement of the claim of petitioner. 2, that the compensation amount of Rs.1,75,000/-shall be paid to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent on behalf of all the respondents and the said amount shall not carry interest. 3. that the petitioner has agreed to receive an amount of Rs.1,75,000/- towards his claim. 4. that the 2nd respondent company has to pay the said amount of Rs.1,75,000/- to the petitioner directly by way of cheque within one month from the date of this award and petitioner has to issue duly stamped receipt in favour of the 2nd respondent after receiving cheque for the said amount and also the petitioner has to file FS memo into the court towards full and final satisfaction of the case. 5. that the court fee if any paid by the petitioner shall be refunded to him.
