Officer, upon hearing and considering the material on record, this court delivered the following:
O R D E R
This is an application for passing of an Adoption Order filed under section 58 of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2000 r/w Rule 45(1) of of Juvenile Justice Rules. (Herein after referred as
Juvenile Justice (JJ) Act).

02.The 1st Petitioner is recognized as the Specialized Adoption
Agency (SAA). The petitioners 2 and 3 are shown to be the husband and wife whose marriage was solemnized on 24.2.1999, as per Hindu rites and customs. The petitioners 2 and 3 are shown to be residents of Plot No.62, Meenakshi Estates Colony, Jeedimetla Village, Kompally,
Malkajgiri, Medchal District, Tlangana State.
03. The petitioners 1 to 3 made an application for passing of
Adoption Order in the matter of minor child Baby Jayamareddy
Lakshmi whose date of birth is shown as 11.7.2008. It is shown that the child is a abandoned child and is in care and custody of the
Sishugruha, vide G.O.Ms.No.7 of 2000, dated 01.03.2000 to provide shelter. It is shown that the abandoned child is produced by the
Specialized Adoption Agency (SAA) before the Child Welfare
Committee (CWC) as provided under Rules 33(3) of the Juvenile Justice
Rules. The Committee has enquired with regard to eligibility of the child for adoption. It is shown further that paper notification was also issued calling for any claims by the biological parents and that no claims were received within sixty days. It is shown that the child was duly produced before the Central Adoption Resource Agency (CARA).
The Medical report and child study reports are considered. The Child welfare committee has declared after due enquiry that the child is legally free for adoption as provided under 33(1)(b) of Rules. It is shown that the spouses have duly taken into foster care of the child within the prescribed period.
04. The petitioner No.2 is working as GM(P) in GSR Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
and earning an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- per annum and the 3rd petitioner is working as Assistant executive Engineer in Irrigation an amount Rs. 6,00,000/-. The petitioners 2 and 3 are in a position to

05. The child is not a surrendered child and that the child being below 7 years is not a child who can give her consent. The petitioners 2 and 3 entered into a Foster Care Agreement with the petitioner No.1. The petitioners 2 and 3 have developed emotional bond with the child. By considering the medical report of the child,
Home study report, Child study report and economical standing of the petitioners 2 and 3 and the proceedings of the Child Welfare
Committee and upon enquiring the petitioners 2 and 3 and by considering their wishes and views, it is found that the child is placed in home where the child can grow and thrive and get good education.
The petitioner No.1 Specialized Adoption Agency is permitted to give the child Baby Sai Deepika with date of birth 05.11.2016 in Adoption to the petitioners 2 and 3 who have offered and are willing to adopt the child, with certain conditions.
06.In the result, petition is allowed. The minor child viz., Baby Sai
Deepika, who is declared as free for adoption by the Child Welfare
Committee by considering the Medical Report, Home Study Report of the child and the views and wishes of the petitioners 2 and 3 and their economical standard, Petitioner No.1-the Specialized Adoption Agency is permitted to give the child for adoption. Adoption order is accordingly passed.
The petitioners 2 and 3 shall produce the photographs of the child and also joint photographs of the petitioners 2 and 3, once in a year commencing from within one year from this day, for a period of five years before the Petitioner No.1.

before the Project Director, Woman and Child Development Agency,
Sangareddy District, Telangana State. The petitioners 2 and 3 agreed to forward the copies to the Petitioner No.1.
The petitioner No.1 or the counter-part of the petitioner No.1 shall periodically make visits without disclosing to the child that they are officials of the Specialized Adoption Agency by duly considering the emotional and psychological needs of the child and shall monitor the growth and development of the child. The petitioners 2 and 3 shall inform the petitioner No.1, whenever there is change of address of the petitioners 2 and 3.
The Petitioner No.1 shall inform this Court if there is any violation of adoption orders.
Adoption orders, accordingly, passed.
